Supplier Identification

We identify new suppliers based on their

• product range,
• financial status,
• infrastructure,
• man power and
• efficiency of management

We continuously update our information on new manufacturers and new products. Information pertaining to new varieties and updating of:

• value additions,
• fabric,
• accessories,
• new technology area and
• quota availability

Selection of Vendors

We assess the factories in terms of:

• product range
• quality of the product made
• production capacity
• facilities
• financial capability
• technology orientation
• man power
• working conditions
• managerial efficiency and
• their overall quality policy.

After our initial assessment we compare these with our principals and make a combined decision to approve the prospective vendor.

Sampling

Samples are provided as per buyer's requirements keeping in mind the season’s colors, fabric and style. We courier these directly to the buyers that assists them in their marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over their competitors.

Order execution and Quality Control : (Quality Management)

Close monitoring takes place from the Sampling to the Shipment stage and the buyer is provided up-to date report of every stage. All possible corrective approach is taken in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances to ensure timely deliveries.

We strictly follow four stages of quality monitoring process as detailed below:

• Pre Production Check (PPC)

We check material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage to reduce any Risks.

• Initial Production Check (IPC)

First finished products are cross-checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Any deviations are brought to attention and corrective measure take pace.

• During Production Check (DUPRO)

Inspection during production is carried out to ensure that the initial discrepancies have been rectified so that the average quality standard of production can run.

• Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI adheres to the International Inspection Standards.

The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is checked for:
design / style,

• shrinkage,
• accessories,
• appearance,
• markings,
• color,
• labeling,
• material,
• assortments,
• workmanship,
• measurements,
• packing

Status Reporting

Status report based on the above multi-stage inspections is transmitted to the buyers via WhatsApp or Email.The buyer's response is documented and ,if needed all corrective actions are taken to ensure goods are delivered in time. Only when the buyer is fully satisfied with the report of the inspections and fully authorises the consignment is allowed for shipment

Container Stuffing and Loading Supervision

So that the un-inspected goods do not get mixed with the inspected goods an identification of the goods during the loading is made.

Documentation and Shipping Co-ordination

Shipping documents are checked as per the buyers instruction and the copy documents are sent to the buyers well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancy.

Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing are extremely crucial part of our business as they provide reassurances of the quality of the our goods to the buyer. These tests include:

• Fabric: Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performance.
• Analysis: Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fibber analysis, etc.
• Color Fastness: Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.
• Garment: Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning is tested.

Assists on Buyers visit

We work as their extended arm in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka and from any other Asian Countries. We accompany our buyers on their buying visits, factory visits and inspection visits.

• arrange their itinerary and accommodation on their visits.
• orient the buyers on the dos and don’ts of the business practice in the country, its culture, customs and tradition to make their visit fruitful and enjoyable.
